Why Do I Have Shortness Of Breath In Intense Cold?
Hello dr., I am suffering from cold n cough from past 15 days approx.. The intensity of cold is more in the morning n night(while sleeping). If I get awake in middle of night, my nose gets Jamed n I am not able to breathe. My age is 30 yrs.. Pl advice

Your suffering from allergic rhinitis which causes this type of severe nasal congestion may be associated with deviation of nasal septum .
you need to have a diagnostic nasal endoscopy to rule out sinusitis and also to now severity of posterior septal deviation
for allergic symptoms avoidance of allergens is the best, you may need nasal spray - Anti histamine/ Corticosteroid or combination of both to relive from symptoms
