Why Do I Have A Swollen Armpit Along With Several Tiny Bumps Under It ?

I have minor swelling in both armpits and while self examining myself, I ve noticed that there are seemingly dozens of tiny hard bumps under the skin . They are no larger than a few millimeters in diameter. I have no other symptoms except for light fatigue but I liken that to having a 1 year old little boy. I m a male 25 years if age.

Nothing to worry,keep local par neat and clean.
apply antifungal powder.
Use cotton clothes.
