Why Are My Nipples Tender While On Loette Pill ?
hi..im 21 yrs old and have been having sex for about a year now..and have been on the loette pill for just as long..how effective is it if taken regularly and what are the chance of pregnancy ..we dont use a condom as i am not worried about stds. my periods have changed however and my nipples are tender..what does this mean?

Oral contraceptives are very effective for preventing pregnancy.Practically there are no chance of pregnancy if taken properly.
But as you are taking for pretty long time,you may discontinue for some time.After few months break you restart .
But you should be careful about pregnancy during this time.
Breast engorgement is common,so do not worry.
