Why Am I Not Able To Enjoy Sex After Heart Surgery?

after a heart attack, stent ,and 6weeks later, open heart surgery ..two by passes..can this kill your ability to have an orgasm? It has been 8 months and still no sex enjoyment. Do women have to have blood flow like a man does to reach orgasms? Very frustating.....
