Hi Lisa, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
You are having Bipolar Disorder, May be you should get yourself examined by a Psychiatrist as you will need Psychiatric Counseling and Medications. Although it is a disruptive, long term condition, you can keep your moods in control by following the treatment plan which is advised by your Doctor. If you drink, smoke or abuse drugs, QUIT them. Stay away from unhealthy relationships. Exercise regularly and eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and green veggies. Avoid stress and get Plenty of sleep for a Minimum of 8 Hours daily. Practice Yoga or Meditation and Know more about your Condition as it will help you understand yourself better and will help you stick to your Treatment Plan.

Wish you Good Health, Take Care.

I have bipolar and I work in a factory with high lead levels. Lately I have noticed that I want to eat ALL the time and I have started having mood swings (more then normal). I was tested last week and found out that my lead level is up from 10 to 25. All the things I have read says that with high lead levels I shouldn t be hungry. Once I eat I become bloated for a couple of hours then I am hungry again. I have never been overweight but I am afraid that if something doesn t give soon I will be. Can you tell me why i am staying so hungry. Is it the lead levels? The bipolar (no I haven t been put on any new meds in the past 6 months)? A combination of these? Or is it something else all together?

I ve had Fibromyalgia for about 25 years now and am doing so bad it s scary. I ve changed my diet over the years and eat really well, vegetarian, no nightshades, all organics, well balanced. I meditate and do Yoga and started pool therapy but I become a wreck, even when I take it easy. My mind is going. Memory loss and confusion and balance is awful. About 4 years ago I had a fall and got Complex Regional Pain Syndrome to go with it. My chronic sinusitis has become unbearable with roaring in my ears and insane sinusitis. At 58, I m getting scared my mind days are numbered. Sincerely, R. Jane Gagner
