Whitehead Like Bumps On The Gums After Using The Nasal Spray. Is It Sinus Related?

started using a nasal spray (not stuffy like I use to be and way less sneezing) and now I have a whitehead like bump on my top gums. no pain, one bump and it doesn't seem to be a "problem." I think it's sinus related, not tooth related. Its okay if I leave it alone but if I rub my tongue against it, it sometimes swells again.
