White Bumps In My Genital Area

I have very little white bumps in my genital area. I am not sure what they are. It seems to moist every 30 seconds. It does not hurt or not even itchy. Can you help me know what it is?

You should be going for an examination. And also if you are sexually active, then going for a blood workup along with STD screening will help.
