White Blisters, Sun-burnt, Tonsillitis, Itchiness. Worry?

My 5 year old son has developed white blisters on the top of both his ears. Had he been in the sun I might have put it down to sunburn, however there hasn't been a lot of sun in birmingham recently! I have read that it may be linked to tonsillitis and there is a young girl in his class who is recovering from tonsillitis at the moment. His ears are a little itchy but he is not in any pain and he does not appear to be ill. Should I be worried?

IF YOU WITHDRAW MILK AND DIARY PROTEINS FROM DIET HE WILL RECOVER FROM ALL IN FEW WEEK
TILL THEN PUT ON LIGFHT ANTIBIOTICS ANTIALLERGICS LIQUID ANTACIDS AND LOCAL APPLICATION ON SKIN IF INVOLVED
MEFANIC ACID FOR FEVER AS PARACETAMOL INCREASES ALLERGIESAM
