Brief Answer:
Hematoma or Hemangioma

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

I have gone through the image thoroughly and I am of the opinion that it could either be a blood clot below the mucosa (hematoma) or a dilated blood vessel (hemangioma).

It would be very helpful, if you could send us few more images with a good view of the surrounding structures.

Awaiting for your reply...

Brief Answer:
Clot below the tonsil...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Welcome and thanks for posting the images

I have examined the images thoroughly and the swelling seems to be a blood clot. There could been some minor bleeding post removal of the tonsillolith, leading to formation of the clot. It is not advisable to keep the clot in the throat for a longer duration. There are chances of aspiration. I would suggest you to consult an apt ENT specialist and get the clot removed. If it is not a clot, then, a CT scan of the neck has to be done to asses the type and extent of the mass.

Hope this answers your query; revert back to me if you have any follow-up queries.
