Suggest Treatment For A Cyst Appearing In The Tonsil
I have a small whitist/yellow cyst near my right tonsil. I do not have any pain or other symptoms, but i just got over a bad sinus cold a few weeks ago, the doctor has given my antibiotics for inflamated ears. The doctor kinda blew off the cyst thing and said it was just a smalll cyst or tonsil stone. Should I worry?

With the history I would advise you the following:
- Surely yes, you should not worry if this is a tonsillolith that is stone coming out of the normal crypt in a tonsil, this is just an inspissated tonsillar secretions and should not be concerned about
- If this is a small cyst in the tonsil then also no need to worry about; keep an eye and watch regularly whether this is disintegrating or enlarging
- If it is a large one and is suspected to have an infected material then it may need surgery
- Continue the treatment for sinus and ear problems till well cured as it may take as long as 3 weeks of treatment
