Which Is Better Arbivit-3 Or Macalvit ,to Increase Baby S Weight?

Hi doctor.my 10 weeks old baby weighs 4.58kgs.His birth weight was 2.56.As per what I have studied, an infant should gain atleast 30 grams per day, But my child has gained only 600grams past month.I am giving him arbivit-3 Drops n started iron drops. I want to give him macalvit plus syrup(Is that more effective than arbivit-3) Wil it increase my baby s weight?

Thanks for the query.
Do not worry about the weight as it is already good.
Birth weight doubles by the age of 5th month, in your case you are far near to this weight at only 2 and half moths of age.
No medicine will help you gain weight.
Weight increases naturally depending on your feeding, genetics and other factors.
Arbivit-3 is vitamin d3 drops ,, required for absorption of calcium.
And macalvit is calcium, vitamin b12, vitamin d-3, I would recommend you that both the medicines are good , go by the advise of your treting doctor.
