Whats The Cause For Re-concurrence Of Fever In Infants?

Hello doctor
I am concern about my 9 months old boy having continues fever it rises up to 39.8
Been to see GP so many times but we are advised to give calpol and nuerophen which brings the temperature down for a while then again it's back to 39 please advice.

Hi...persistent fever requires investigations..if its associated with cough n cold than it can be viral infrction..but if no other complains are there just get cbp and urine routine microscopy done..we need to find cause for fever first n later we can treat it..thanks..
