What Virus Affects Organs ?

i have been having sever joint pain that will last for a day before it goes to a differnet joint. One day it will affect my hand and the next day it may be my elbow or knee of ankle. I have been tested for arthritis and the blood came back normal except for inflamation was up to 20. The pain is so bad some days it fells if that part of my body is broke. Can you tell me if there is a virus that affects your organs and comes out through you joints?

Generally virus attacks systemic organs, rarely affecting local joints. Still you can try Mahayograj guggul 1-2 pills twice daily for relief.

Hi Sharon,
Welcome to HCM.
The condition you are suffering from is called fleeting joint pain. This is usually one of the types in which rheumatic arthritis presents. Gonococcal infection may also present in a similar way.
This is not of viral origin.
You need detailed evaluation by an expert in that field to get all the blood tests done and other relevant investigations to arrive at a diagnosis. Of course inflammation (from whatever cause) is responsible for the pain. Serum uric acid level also needs to be checked to rule out Gout.
Wish you all the best.

Hi.. Virus generally produce systemic effects and rarely localised to a particular organ and more rare are affecting the joints alone.. Viral infection can produce joint pains as part of the systemic infection.. A few virus such as Chickengunya virus are notorious in causing joint pains..
