What Type Of Diarrhea Am I Having?

I started having diarrhea pretty severally yesterday. I'm not eating much now but am still having diarrhea. The diarrhea is almost clear with little yellow bits that are sinking to the bottom. I was getting concerned that this might be more than a stomach bug because I've never seen this type of diarrhea before.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the passing of stool is frequent with loss of water and contained the mucus then it could be the case of bacillary dysentery the first thing is to take care for dehydration and second is specific antibiotic to control the infection and the best drug is Tab Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice in day, for five days, ideally stool need to be sent for detecting the organism but condition can be managed on tentative basis hope this information helps.
