Hello,

According to your complaints it seems to intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds.

I would recommend you to apply topical steroid antifungal cream like clotrimazole and beclomethasone cream on the affected area twice daily along with frequent and regular application of a dusting powder on the affected areas.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Asmeet Kaur Sawhney
