What Treatment To Be Taken For High Value Of Triglyceride?

Hi, I am 40 years old and recently i got my a routine blood check up including LFT. Most of the tests are normal except for the following
serum triglyceride- 218
LDL cholesterol- 103
SGOT- 75
SGPT- 115
GGT- 95
Uric acid- 8
what could be the cause please advice.

Hi,

High triglyceride level is usually caused by obesity and/or lifestyle.
So I would advise you to lose weight if you are overweight and exercise regularly.
