Hi. Welcome to Healthcare Magic. According to the Ultrasound report there appears to be increased thickness of the uterus which is causing it to fall backwards instead of forwards inside your pelvis. Many conditions can cause this clinical picture. Non-homogenous texture could indicate possible adenomyosis where there is menstrual tissue insude the uterus causing pain and bleeding during menses time. Cystitis is infection of the urinary bladder. This can occur due to decreased water intake, sphincter problems, ascending infections due to incontinence etc. You should consult your Gynecologist or Urologist to find the cause for this infection and give appropriate treatment. Antibiotics may be necessary to clear the infection. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water but not in evening time.
