Irregular periods are commonly due to hormonal imbalance in your body.In your case it is also because of being over weight. As for exercise you can do walking for atleast 45 mins;swimming;cycling;etc also follow dietary restrictions.Avoid chocolates;fried food ;junk food ;fizzy drinks. If you can please join a GYM and follow the personal trainer who will guide you for more exercises. As for follicular cyst most small cysts resolve on their own.

yes dear, being overweight is your major problem, u need to exercise, join a gym, do swimming, cycling, skipping for ur buttocks, follicular cyst is not a major issue, it will resolve on its own.take homoeopathic medicines, will relieve.

welcome to health care magic forum,
You are overweight and have follicular cyst so both these conditions leads to iregular menses, there are many exercises you can do to reduce your weight but you need to treat follicular cyst also if you want regular periods, if you are on hormonal tablets than it will be difficult for you to reduce weights as they have side effects of gaining weight, so you can try Homeopathic treatment for you.
