I can breath fine and dont have a cough should i just wait to see if i damaged tissues in my throat that may have started bleeding and will need time to heal?

Hi,

If the bleeding was minuscule, then it is probably from the swollen area of the throat. You should avoid hot and spicy foods as these can further irritate the inflamed area. Steam inhalation may help hasten the healing process. If the bleeding recurs or if the sore throat does not improve, then do not hesitate in seeing a doctor. You may need a course of antibiotics if there has been secondary infection.

Best wishes.
