General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the premenopause, or may be due to anemia.
The itching may be due to some infection or changes in the hormones or allergy.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptom symptoms fluconazole, cifixime, albendazole, hematinics, and protein supplements.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
