Hello Since you are taking lyrica ( pregabalin ) & vitamin B1, B6 B12 ( neurobion), this is a very good treatment . Now keep blood sugar level in control because elevated tissue glucose levels results in nonenzymatic glycosylation of the nerve proteins, impairing their function. As you mentioned that you are having POLY NEUROPATHY but neuropathy have three broad group as. 1 Symmetrical Distal Peripheral neuropathy. 2 Symmentrical proximal motor neuropathy. 3 Focal peripheral neuropathy. In my opinion please upload exact nature of neuropathy so that proper treatment advised .In Saudi Arabia , you can consult a DIABETOLOGIST & Neurologist and get their opinion as doctor will work in tean in such type of cases . Good luck.
