What To Do If Having Heavy Ear Congestion And Medication Worsened The Condition?
am having ear congestion and i tuk valsalva which worsened ma ear condition now i suffer ear heaviness off n onn in cold or like if i bend down i feel very congested and pain ,,,plzzz help please help am sufferin big tym had so many degongestants solvin etc etc

Hi,
Valsalva is suggested for ear block due to negative pressure and retracted drum.
It shouldn't be done during upper respiratory infection because infection may spread into the ear.
Now,since you have pain, I think you have got some ear infection.So,its better to start on antibiotics like ampiclox or Augmentin and meanwhile,continue decongestants and solvin.
