What To Do For Shortness Of Breath, Heaviness In Shoulders And Chest, Dizziness Due To Chemical Stress Test ?

I HAD A CHEMICAL STRESS TEST AND THE SYMPTOMS FROM IT WERE SO BAD THEY HAD TO DO A REVERSAL. I HAVE HX OF CABG. HAVE BEEN HAVING SOME SHORTNESS OF BREATH AND HEAVINESS IN SHOULDERS AND CHEST. OCCASIONAL. DIZZINESS AND TIRED ALL THE TIME. I AM A 62 y.o. women. What do you think

Hi,

By definition, the chemical stress test will 1) show the meaning of the symptoms and 2) will lead to recommendations on what to do. Sometimes the symptoms are not due to the heart and this can be found by having a lot of symptoms and nothing showing on the test. Mostly, a lot of heart symptoms during a stress test means there is heart disease that needs treatment and it usually shows how much treatment is needed. Often a bypass.
