What To Do For Frothy Urine Including Bladder/pelvic/right Flank Pain?

thank you doctor;

i have been suffering within these last years with frothy urine, including morning bladder/pelvic/right flank pain
but these symptoms (including some fatigue) would go away after freeing the bladder and after having mgood y daily bowel movements;

I had urine test performed and my prostate normally checked, but with lasting positive results (they gave me also
cipro antibiotic, that gave me a few months of relief, but then , back again with the same symptoms, please, give me some good advices, thank you

Hi. Once again you have to go for Urine tests- routine- culture and sensitivity and an ultrasonography with a full bladder. You have to tell the Sonologist about your symptoms for him to get an idea what to look for.
There a possibility that he bladder is over-distended by morning ( due to more water intake at bedtime). Have more water in the morning and reduce after evening. Pass urine before going to sleep.
Antibiotics are needed only if there is an infection found in urine test or you have any symptoms related to this.
