One of my main symptoms when I have a panic attack is my pupils dilate and it feels like everything is coming towards me fast. can you help

Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

In anxiety disorder, paroxetine is better than duloxetine, In case, you have panic attacks along with drug, means, either you need higher dose or another antidepressant. Better to consult your psychiatrist this and mean time you can also try JPMR a relaxation technique.

Thanks
