What To Do For 80 Year Old Suffering With Continuous Chest Infections, Starving And Not On Drips ?

my 80 year old mother had ovarian cancer and mds and other illnesses she had op to remove ovarian cancer but theres a shawow on her kidneys which they think is cancer but cannot do biopsy because of mds she is in nursing home and hasn't being eating for the past two weeks well very little anyway but is still drinking doc wont put her on drip to help boost her in addition to the little food she is eating even for two days a week she is very weak and chesty is on antibiotics still has continuous chest infection and is on morphine patch5 % she has chrones disease and has being suffering from depression for the past few years is it right that doc wont put my mother on drip shes practically starving to death
im very worried and especially concerned

I really appreciate your concern for your mother, she is having malignancy, I would like to advise for her that now the conservative management is the best way for her giving any vigorous treatment may brings the unwanted side effects, while conservative line of treatment would be best for her, I hope this information helps you, take good care of your mother, have nice day.
