..plus m having flashes of hots n chills..headache..muscle ache are also ther
M taking paracetamol n azithromycin from day before

Hi,
It seems that you might be having acute upper respiratory tract infection.
Now as antibiotic Azithromicin is started, within a day or two you will start getting improvement in fever and cough.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
Do antiseptic gargles.
Ok and take care.
