Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
You should be getting a Ultrasound scan during your Eighth week, this will be spot some problems in your Baby if there are any. Change positions slowly, especially when you move from a lying down position to sitting or from a sitting position to standing to avoid feeling dizzy. If you feel lightheaded, sit down and lower your head or lie down for a moment. Take care not to get overexerted since rapid growth of the baby can compound the burden on your heart, lungs and kidneys. Take your Medications regularly and go for regular follow up. If you happen to develop abnormal vaginal bleeding along with Pain abdomen, you should be seeing your Doctor immediately. You will require further tests then, If not, regular sonogram (Ultrasound) would be enough.

All the Very Best, Wish you Good Health. Take Care.
