What Should I Do If Diagnosed With Tubulovillous Adenoma Of Ampulla With Rare Foci Of High Dysplasia?

My mother was just diagnosed with tubulovillous adenoma on ampula with rare foci of high dysplasia. She is 88 years old, an asmatic , has some arthritis and is generally in good health with a very sharpmind and positive attitude. What should be her next step?

It is adenoma of colon.and benign. With this age and having no other problem,it can be left like that. To be sure itis not adeno carcinoma biopsyi is requred. You have to consult surgeon for further advise.
