What Should Be The Time Gap Between Two Doses Of Combiflam?

Hi, My daughter is 18 mnths old and she's received her Hepatitis A vaccine and polio booster shots today. Doctor has prescribed Combiflam 4 times a day for 2 days. Can you tell me what the duration of time should be between 2 doses? Is it 4 hrs or 6 hrs?

Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi...pain after immunization is common. Please do not use anything else apart form paracetamol. Paracetamol can be given in the dose of 15mg/kg/dose every 4-6th hourly that too only if fever is more than 100F. I suggest not using combination medicines for fever, especially with Paracetamol.
If you are happy with my suggestion, kindly rate it. I wish you good health.
