Hello,

The normal range for SGOT is five to forty units per liter. The normal range of values for ALT (SGPT) is 7 to 56 units per liter. Findings suggest your SGPT is towards the upper range. GGT estimation can also be done. It is specific for alcoholic liver injury. You should avoid alcohol completely. You are very young and alcohol is not good for your health. You should do exercise and increase your physical activity.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Indu Kumar
