What Should Be The Dosage Of Crocin For Fever In Infant?
My 10 months old daughter is suffering from cold (running nose) and fever since yesterday night. I gave her 3ml dose of crocin syrup at 4am today when her body temperature was 103F. I am giving her homeopathy medicine for cold. Now she has no fever. What dosage of crocin should I give her and at what intervals.

10month old will be around 8kg..if she is 8kg dose is 10mg-15mg/kg/dose
crocin 5ml/120mg can be given 5ml every 6 hourly
