What Should Be The Dosage And Proper Usage Of Signo Flam Tablet?
dear Dr sir I want yo know about signo flam tablet propper usage at the age of 66 I feel pains in me lega wrists & elbows if i take signoflam tablet thrice a week the pain vanishes & i feel relaxed without any sort of pain is it a safe dossage I need a free answer to my querry since at this age I cannot afford paying.DS BHALLA FROM GURGAON HARYANA INDIA

The drug you mention - signoflam - has 3 medicines > the important one is aceclofenac, which is anti-rheumatic (anti-inflammatory / NSAID - Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drug)... The other two are paracetamol and serratiopeptidase
NSAID may have side effects - on stomach / kidney / heart / liver and so on
NSAID may interact with some other medicines
If you have no other disease / if you are not taking any other medicine / if you have had no problems till now - then there is no problem at all at this dose level. That is indeed a small dose.
