Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your total bilirubin, sgpt and triglyceride value high....

Your work up needed as follow ....
-USG abdomen
-Serum hbsag, HCV, HAV, HEV like viral markers
-Peripheral smear blood examination and CBC with reticulocyte count
-Serum LDL, total cholesterol

From these reports according to cause found treatment prescribed

If simple fatty liver present then udiliv prescribed and improvement in life style needed

For high triglyceride and cholesterol rosuvastatin 10 mg tablet can be started by your physician

Take care

Hope your concern solved
