I am 28 years old and with a son of 4 years. I am 5 feet 3 inches and little above and about 75kgs in weight which I know is overweight and trying to come down. My problem is that I had some complications when I was pregnant with my son as I had bleeding during the first trimester and was in complete bed rest for 4 months. Then was normal. As my mother was diabetic and my gynic suspected that I had border diabetes during pregnancy I was put to diet from my 6th month onwards. After my 7th month ended and 8th month started I was normal, but at 30 weeks I was into labor and the docs couldnt stop it and I delivered prematuredly exactly 30 weeks and 1 day and the delivery was normal. But after that I had a problem with my placental removal and the doctor had to do it manually. My gynic never suspected a problem as I went for check up only 4 days before my delivery as I was about to travel to my native that weekend for my delivery. Now my query is that we are planning for a second baby now. But I am little scared as one gynic near my house said that my uterus mouth would be stitched and I would be put to complete bed rest. but I am worried as I do not have anyone to help me with and take care of my family and the baby. My son needs me and needs my attention. Can anyone help me with this? Is there any possibility of me to deliver normally?

i dont have any bowel movement on my own. this has happened now for at least 3 weeks. i have been to the hospital 3 times. i have to use magnesium citrate to have any kind of bowel movement. sopositories, and stool softners dont seem to work. i have severe pain in lower stomach and upper. they have did a cat scan and just said i have a blockage. i have a bulge on the right lower side and doctors though it was a hernia . the bulge is where there is a dip in my skin above the pelvic bone right beside my lymph nodes. my lymph nodes are also swollen right beside that bulge. there are about 5 lymph nodes that i feel and 2 in my stomach. i then wnt to the specialist and he examined me and said it wasnt a hernia. now i have to wait 3 months before a colonostophy. do you have any advice untill october? and what might it be?

Hello I am 16 and lately I have been having stomach ach, mainly at the bottom and both sides of the lower abdominals . On top of that, I ve been sweating a lot during the day, right until the night and cannot sleep at all. When do I try to sleep, I feel a bit of pressure on the side of my lower abdominal. Lastly, I have a black stool each time I take the trip to the loo. I think this might be due to sitting on the coach all day and the lack of sleep. Also the late heavy snacks which I eat during the night. Although perhaps knowing what the causes are due to my problems, I just like to make sure. So could you help me. Thanks

For the past several months, I have been experiencing severe nausea (sometimes vomiting), dizziness , sweating/chills, and abdominal pain each and every time I have a bowel movement and also when I wake up morning. Sometimes it feels like I am very hungry but the thought of eating food makes me even more sick feeling. I am a Type II diabetic and I have been diagnosed with IBS at age 15. The only relief I get from these symptoms is by taking a hot bath/shower to soothe my stomach. I am a 31 y/o female, smoker.

I had gastric bypass surgery on June 11th. Last week I went back to work and 1 of he incisions strarted to bother me. It is red at the incision and the area surrounding it. The skin is also hot and it s painful. I called the dr and they said it was normal. I do not have a fever or stomach pain and the incision is closed so there is no puss or seepage of any kind. The nurse told me ice it and take Tylenol and eventually it would be ok. She said it was scar tissue healing and due to my increased activity it was very irratated. What do you think?
