Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Since you are consuming tobacco there can be pharyngeal infection and/or lung infection like chronic bronchitis as immunity becomes low after smoking and alcohol. Please get checked up to rule out lung problems like cancer as well. You need to get evaluated by ENT Doctor to rule out sinusitis which can also cause post nasal drip and chronic cough. Stop chewing tobacco, smoking and drinking alcohol if you do, at all costs.
