What Kind Of Diet Be Given To Avoid Acid Reflux Affecting The Vocals?

Hi my daughter has acid reflux and it affecting her vocals. we went to an ENT and i guess her vocals area is still enlarged after being on medication. The problem is im trying to make different things that are not boring or foods that I can expand with. all acidic fruits but i dont know which ones except like melon banana or i dont know what kind of berries. please can you help? thank you margherita

hello!

fruits should not be a problem and you dont have to avoid them, instead you should ask her to avoid oily and spicy food and also to take a light dinner 2-3 hours before sleeping. she should also avoid tea , coffee , alcohol , smoking and carbonated drinks like pepsi or coke.
