Hello,

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Take over the counter options like Imodium for diarrhea
-Drink liquids
-Take frequent, small sips of water or a rehydration drink and small bites of salty crackers.
- Begin eating mild foods the next day or sooner, depending on how you feel. If you don't feel better, go to the emergency room for rehydration.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
