What Is The Treatment For Rheumatoid Arthritis?

Hi Doctor, I'm Sanjoy, my wife is Sumona, she is suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis since last 3 years. She is 26+ & 45 kgs. Her weight lost from 52 to 45 kgs. and she became very thin & weak. She is suffering from pain in almost all the joints. After continuing 1 year alopathy treatment, now we are undergoing Ayurvedic treatment and making yoga. Can the disease be curable permanently and she can make a happy life like before. Beg your advice what we have to do ?

Rheumatologist 's  Response
hi,
rheumatoid arthritis can be better treated by methotraxate, leflunomide, hydroxyxhloroquinine etc medicines
you need to see a rheumatologist as soon as possible
this is not a curable disease, but a well treatable disease
only a right doctor, i.e a trained rheumatologist can treat you
if you are in delhi, you can see me
I find this answer helpful
