Hello and welcome to HCM,

Collection of pus is due to infection.
The pus culture has revealed presence of mycobacterium tuberculosis in the pus.
Mycobacterium tuberculosis is the causative agent of tuberculosis.
The tubercular infection has to be treated with anti-tubercular drugs (ATT).
Anti-tubercular treatment is a long treatment lasting from 6-9 months.
The treatment consists of multiple drugs.
When on ATT, liver function tests and renal function tests have to be regularly taken to look for any side effect of the drugs.
In case any complication occurs, the drug is changed.

You need to consult your primary healthcare provider for prescription of ATT.

Thanks and take care
