hi i was in an atv accedent on halloween and went to the hospital when i went i was told that i had a sacrum/pelvic fracture. about 2 weeks later i went in for a check up and was told that i needed to have sergery and i was wondering if i dont do the sergery is there any exersices or anything that i could do to help me heal
