What Is The Treatment For Pain Caused By Red Bruise After A Fall?
I fell down off a landing but i hit my back and elbow very hard.
When it happened it hurt everywhere intensely.. Now about 8 hours after my back is only very tense but my shoulder is very sore. There is a small 3-4" bruise with one dark redness line to it.. I'll feel a slight sharp pain go from my elbow up and i cannot put any pressure on it what so ever because of pain. If i touch it with cold hands after being outside it feels so good- a sense of relief.. I'd just like to know if maybe something is fractures or whatever it may be so i can get it treated or if i should even be worried

The kind of injury which you have sustained seems to be quite serious .
I would definitely advice you to go for an immediate Xray of all the injured parts and get them evaluated by an orthopedician.
For the time being apply cold compresses or ice packs to the injured areas and give them complete rest.
A strong anti inflammatory like diclofenac shoulb be taken along with tramodol for pain relief.
Whether it is a fracture or not. ....can only be told after Xray.
Apply a shoulder immobiliser for 3 weeks to get complete healing of the soft tissue .......even if bones are not broken.
