Hello,

Usually, the bones of the lower limbs are strong as they are weight-bearing joints and having a fracture is unlikely common. Although it's uncommon still an x-ray will be advised on a safer side if any hairline fracture has occurred in the patella bone.

For now, doing hot water fermentation, knee range of motion exercises, static Quadriceps, static hamstring, ankle toe movements, straight leg raise, will help regain the functions of the knee.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
