What Is The Treatment For High Clolestrol?
I am 51 years my finding on 21-5-2013 were Total clolestrol 213 --- Triglycerides 118.8----hdl----43.5----ldl----124.7vldl clt----23.8----tc/hdl---5.0--ldl/hdl--2.9 THS--9.77 Sugar--- Fasting 138 Ppbs---200(155 Last Mointh) B/P---140/90( Normaly My sugar levals were 120/145i chk once in year) Adviced---- Atrolep-10 (taken 6Mounts)(1) Thyronorm 25(taken 8 weeks) daily one Today^s reading are -----26-1-2014 Fasting Sugar--124.5 pbbs 175.7 ( 155 & 158 previous months) hba1---8.62 cholesterol---126 triglycerides---117.1 hdl--41 ldl--62 vldl---26 ldl/hdl ratio 1.5 total chol/hdl ratio 3.1 adviced--rozavel5 (1) Xirtam-H (1) Thyronorm 50 (1) Glycomet 250(1) Plz advice whether treatment is ok

Definitely you need to get your diabetes medication right at HBA1c of 8.6. A statin is indicated and rozavel is doing fine for you. you must control your sugar well. I would not use this H component of xirtam in my diabetic patients. What is your current TSH and blood pressure levels in not clear from the query?
