What Is The Treatment For Headache?

I have had a constant headache for the past 2 weeks. I have taken panadols, ibuprofen, and mercendol. The later did relieve the severity of the headache but did not get rid of it completely. If I have a glass of red wine I can t even rest my head on the pillow it is agonising. Can you help

It is clear that you have a migraine. It seems that you have a trigger factor which is causing the migraine. Here are a few of the trigger factors:
Colds
Infections
Sunlight
Loud sounds

You can avoid the medication so that we can help you. Also, try the following to see if it helps you:
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times
