Went for check up and tests like usg done but no evidence of poly cyctic ovary. Doc only advised lifestyle modification . Last month took modus 10 for 5 days then had periods. This month also not happening as usual. Please advice. I am real worried. Also want to know if this may cause any problem in my future married life? If so how can we handle this to have a sound and normal life process?
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. Don't worry , it is not a big problem, there are so many causes for such amannorhea. They are anemia, infection, anxiety, etc. As you have confirmed that there is no poly cystic ovarian syndrome, you need not worry about it. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms iron preparations, fluconazole, cifixime, ornidazole. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
