What Is The Treatment For Diarrhea And IBS?

i have had uncontrollable diarrhea since august and recently was diagnosed with ibs and put on antidepressants. i also visited my gyno for heavy menstrual bleeding and cramps. after us i found out that my uterus is 14mm and that i have strep b and gardenella infections. I am scared its cancer...i had a biopsy last week but am still in pain. should i see my pcp?
