Understanding your concern. As per your query you have ear infection which seems to be due to fungal infection, wax build up, fluid accumulation, eustachian tube dysfunction and systemic disease infection. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis. Doctor may examine by otoscopic means to check level of infection. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics amoxicillin at least for a week along with decongestants. Avoid touching or pricking it with any sharp object and maintain hygiene of ear canal. Put Otogesic ear drops. You should go for audiometer testing as well to check hearing level. You should do warm saline gargles , take steam twice a day and apply warm dry compresses to external ear.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
