Hello,

Some advice that I can give to you is:

- Take H2 blockers (Zantac) decrease acid production.
- Prokinetics (Reglan) can help strengthen the LES, empty your stomach faster, and reduce acid reflux.
- Avoid spicy food, caffeine and alcohol.
- Eat healthy and drink water.
- Avoid smoking.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
