What Is The Treatment For A Skin Rash?

Hi, I get a red rash on my right cheek and my face goes hot, then followed by a headache when eating certain foods. It happens with most sweets and also sandwiches. E.g a chicken lettuce and cucumber sandwich. There are other foods which also set it off

In my opinion, you are suffering from a skin condition called Rosacea. It may be aggravated by certain foods and alcohol and changes in temperature. I would advise you to avoid the aggravating factors. You should consult your Dermatologist and follow his instructions as it is a chronic condition and requires frequent physician visits.
